Hi Satsuki! I loved listening to this while I was working in my studio today. Sometimes I like listening, but I usually prefer reading.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share. I was wondering about this for those who may take in information through different formats. I will keep your thoughts close at heart as I continue to build out this space. ❤️🙏🏻

Hi! Thanks for sharing your insights! ❤️ Regarding the formats, I enjoy your voice notes here as well as Instagram videos. I also like that on Substack there’s the transcript option; sometimes I like to read instead. But I think really any format that works best for you is great!

Ah! Makes sense. I, too, love the transcription option on other sites as well with audio and glad to know it resonates with you. Also, thank you for letting me know about Instagram stories! It’s hard to know if anyone is seeing them at times. 😅 Truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback!

Hi Satsuki! Thank you for this. I think I actually enjoy your voice recorded updates the best. You’re really good at expressing yourself through talking and you have a soothing ASMR quality in your voice. Maybe I’m biased from listening to your lectures and recorded voice responses in Shunkashūtō but aside from your visual art, that always seemed the most natural way of expressing yourself.

Thank you so much for your reply and with such heartfelt detail! I never knew I had ASMR quality 😆 I feel a bit shy about it, but at the same time, happy. ❤️ I’m glad to hear that the voice recorded messages connect with you. I, too, enjoy them, and will continue to share through this medium.

I will say though that I was surprised when you said you didn’t consider yourself a writer, and I definitely would have no complaints if you do written updates. Your energy, personality, and expression still absolutely come through your writing, and I assumed that came naturally to you as well.

Thank you so much for saying so and sharing. It actually comes at the right time when I have been questioning how to best connect with others. Itsumo arigato, Suzanne. I appreciate you immensely.

Love your art, and to know that you also invite in Spirit to be part of your art. Enjoyed listening to your reflections about your time living in Japan. Japanese is one of the languages I am spending time with on Duolimgo. I feel I have a very long learning curve..It feels like it's moving faster than I can keep up, but I'm always delighted when I get something righ and discover I'm learning a bit after all.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and warm support! How fun to hear you’re learning Japanese on Duolingo. ❤️ I’m learning Korean on there and must admit, learning another language is tough! One thing that’s help me keep my Japanese is watching shows in Japanese with subtitles 😊 I especially like comedy and variety shows. 😆
